1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mnl365 online gaming platform, including but not limited to the website located at https://mnl365.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with the Platform, you enter into a binding legal contract with mnl365, a gaming operator duly licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

3. Account Registration and Security

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, Driver's License, Passport, or other acceptable identification)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The withdrawal method should, whenever possible, match your deposit method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology of the Platform
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from Content
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, scrapers, or offline readers, to access the Platform or extract Content
• Use the mnl365 trademark, logo, or other brand elements without express written permission

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the specific prohibitions set forth elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose whatsoever
2. Allowing any other person to access or use your account
3. Depositing funds from third-party sources or payment methods not registered in your name
4. Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of coordinated betting
5. Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
6. Conducting or attempting to conduct fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
7. Abusing, harassing, threatening, or intimidating other players or mnl365 staff
8. Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
9. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Platform
10. Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE mnl365 PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, mnl365 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

mnl365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL mnl365, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF mnl365 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY EVENT, mnl365's TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU HAVE MADE TO YOUR mnl365 ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9.3 Force Majeure

mnl365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your mnl365 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination:

• You must withdraw any remaining account balance in accordance with withdrawal procedures
• All active bonuses, pending wagering requirements, and promotional offers will be forfeited
• You will no longer receive promotional communications from mnl365
• You may not re-register or create a new account without express written permission from mnl365

10.2 Termination by mnl365

mnl365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• Your account is determined to be a duplicate or linked to another suspended account
• You fail to provide requested verification documentation

Upon termination by mnl365 for breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance and pending winnings may be forfeited at mnl365's sole discretion.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the mnl365 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting mnl365 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) before resorting to court litigation.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against mnl365.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and mnl365 concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

13.4 No Waiver

The failure of mnl365 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by mnl365 in writing.
